How do I return products?
You may raise a return request online.
1. Please click on following link (for an order from Germany) here
2. Fill in the return form and download it
3. Print out the order form to place it over the return parcel.
4. Finally, hand over your parcel to your nearest DHL station or post office.
If you want to return an order outside of Germany, please send us an email with your order number and the items you would like to return to https://www.la-manufacture.shop/contact. We kindly inform you that you will have to pay for the return.
Do I need to have a customer account to place an order?
No, you do not need to create a customer account to place an order on our website. Also, you get an option of creating a customer account after you have placed your order. This can be done using the link in your order confirmation e-mail.
Can I change my delivery address after my order has already been confirmed?
Please understand that for technical reasons it is not possible to change the delivery address after the order has been confirmed. If a specified delivery address is not available or the delivery does not take place, the package will automatically be returned. As soon as we have received the parcel back and it has been checked, the payments already made by you will be credited back. You are welcome to place another order, but it is best to wait until the package has been returned and we have issued you a credit note.
I have opened the product packaging. Can I still return them?
No, we cannot make this possible for hygienic and microbiological reasons.
What do I do if an item is broken or missing?
If your delivery is incomplete or defective, please contact our customer service at email@example.com for further action and we will get back to you.
How long does it take until I receive my order?
After you order is confirmed, the delivery time within Germany is 3 - 5 working days and 7-10 days for other countries. However, due to the current Covid-19 regulations, longer delivery times may be required by the delivery services.
Is there a minimum order value?
How long do I have to return my item?
You can return items at any time within the statutory cancellation period of 30 days.
Are coupons valid for all products?
Special offers or cooperations are excluded from the coupons. Only one coupon may be used per shopping basket.

Where do we deliver?
We currently only offer shipping to Germany, Austria, Italy, France, Spain, Poland, Belgium, Luxembourg, Monaco, Ireland, the Netherlands, Portugal, Finland, Greece, Slovenia, Cyprus, Malta, Slovakia, Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania.
Does the SkinCam work with all mobile phone models?
The SkinCam works with any smartphone that has a flash in the camera mode which covers most of the dots of skincam. Depending on the phone model, the way the SkinCam is attached may be different. You can find out more about this in the TECHTALK section. Unfortunately, the SkinCam is currently not compatible with the iPhone XS & Iphone X. What is the shelf life of the products?
All products have a PAO shelf life label on them. The period after opening (PAO) indicates how long a cosmetic product can be used after opening without being harmful to the consumer. The Base Shades have a shelf life of six months.
Are the products vegan?
Our LA MANUFACTURE products are all vegan and completely cruelty-free. In addition, our foundation is oil- and fragrance-free.
Does LA MANUFACTURE test on animals?
No. Our LA MANUFACTURE products are not tested on animals.
For how many applications is the kit sufficient?
With the web-based app, you can choose the quantity between S, M and L.
S corresponds to approx. 15 applications.
M corresponds to approx. 34 applications
L corresponds to the whole jar and approx. 45 applications.

What do I do with my unused colours?
The LA MANUFACTURE Your Personal Foundation Kit contains five base shades so that everyone can create their own hue. Do you have any unused base shades to spare? We have created a Facebook community "LA MANUFACTURE Share your Shades": LA MANUFACTURE Share your Shades | Facebook
We want to encourage you to share with other LA MANUFACTURE Personal Foundation Kit customers any unused base shades that you don't need, so that together we can make others happy and help the environment at the same time. This way, we reduce waste from unused foundation shades and share them with others who need them for their perfect foundation.

How can I change my account information?
You may change your account information at any time in your personal USER ACCOUNT section. Please log in using the link at the top right of the webshop.
Do I have to download the app from the Playstore or AppStore?
No, the app is not available for download as it is a web-based app which can be accessed by a link. You may find the app link by scanning the QR code printed on your YOUR PERSONAL FOUNDATION kit. You need to make sure that you have an active internet connection.
